Hi and welcome! I’m Chad Ward owner of CLW Property Inspections.

I have been a dedicated Law Enforcement Officer since 2002 and have served the communities I have lived in, demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail.

Additionally, I am a Licensed, Certified and Insured Home Inspector and strive to apply that same level of diligence and precision to inspecting homes. My training and experience in home inspections have taught me to carefully assess structural, mechanical, and safety components of a home, helping my clients make informed decisions about their property.

I am committed to serving my community both professionally and personally. Whether it be protecting the public or helping families ensure the safety and integrity of their homes, I bring honesty, reliability, and attention to detail to everything I do!
